Do you need another social scheduler?

Start with the publishing job

If you already pay for a scheduler, adding another one can duplicate the calendar and publishing job. List your required accounts, monthly post volume and approval process first. A scheduler does not replace a newsletter platform, CRM or video editor.

For a few posts on two platforms, try the free allowance before buying another subscription. If your current scheduler already covers your accounts, migration needs a concrete benefit such as lower total cost or a missing workflow.

Published pricing and limits

• Free: two platforms and ten scheduled posts per month. Posts include a vendor attribution line. AI Writing Studio and MCP are excluded.
• Scheduler: USD 8/month for eight platforms and unlimited scheduling, without the vendor's AI Writing Studio.
• Studio: USD 19/month, or USD 68 billed every six months. Includes 300 AI generations/month.

A 14-day trial starts without a card. The pricing page says it continues on the free plan, although its FAQ still says scheduling stops after trial expiry. Confirm that behavior before relying on scheduled posts.

What could overlap in your stack?

Scheduling can overlap with another social publishing tool. AI caption drafting can overlap with work you already do in a writing assistant. That does not mean either subscription is redundant: check editing quality, platform-specific formats and other jobs each tool handles.

For example, replacing a scheduler costing USD 20/month with the USD 8 Scheduler plan changes invoice spend by USD 12/month only if the cheaper plan meets your requirements and the old subscription is cancelled. This is illustrative arithmetic, not verified savings or a competitor price claim.

Check before switching

Confirm supported account types, direct video publishing, computer-on requirements for desktop scheduling versus the web beta, data export and client approvals. Team/agency plans are described as coming soon; do not treat them as available. Keep your existing workflow until a test post succeeds.
