Does OnCrew fit your contractor stack?

OnCrew is an AI receptionist for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing businesses. This is a review of published sources, not a claim of hands-on testing.

What it adds

It answers missed and after-hours calls, captures caller and job details, and sends summaries, recordings and urgent alerts. Google Calendar receives appointment requests for your team to confirm.

What to keep separate

Call intake can complement your CRM and field-service system. It does not establish that you can cancel a meeting recorder, general writing assistant or accounting tool. Jobber and ServiceTitan connections are published; Housecall Pro uses a configured webhook workflow. QuickBooks is not integrated.

Published monthly prices

PlanUSD/monthAnswered calls
Starter$49100
Pro$149400
Multi-Truck$3491,000

Extra answered calls cost $0.99 each. Text-alert quotas and $0.05 text overages also apply. A 14-day trial starts without a card; if you never add one, it ends. Recheck the selected plan before starting paid service.

Check before replacing anything

Confirm country and phone-number availability, forwarding, language, required integrations and total call volume. English and Latin American Spanish are published; Hungarian support is not established. Your team confirms appointments and handles the work. No bookings or savings are guaranteed.
